In July 2021, our company completed a project on modernization of silencer design installed in the Air Intake section of TRENT 60 gas turbine (SGT A65, SIEMENS). The project was carried out on the instructions and technology of CULLUM Detuners Ltd. (United Kingdom) - the developer and manufacturer of the silencer. Since the start of work (2018), silencers have been inspected and modernized on 6 (six) TRENT 60 units operating at Portovaya gas pumping station (“Nord Stream-1”, Gazprom). The main feature of the project is the strengthening of the flow splitters structure, without disassembling the silencer unit, in conditions of limited space and tight deadlines for the scheduled shutdown of the GPU. The work was completed on time and at a high technical level.
